April 25, 2025 Pepper Spray Class

This is a combination class: students will learn about pepper spray and about the management of encroachment problems.  You will receive an inert POM pepper spray trainer and a live unit. You will have an opportunity to learn about proxemics, how to manage your space verbally and physically in a socially acceptable manner, pepper spray range, how to select pepper spray, and you will also have an opportunity to practice spraying another person (training units only) and putting new verbal and movement skills to work to avoid boundary encroachment.
